Customer Service Representative - Medical Resupply Needed in Westlake Village (In-Person)

Pay Range: $25-$28 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support ongoing resupply for patients using tracheostomy, urology, ostomy, and incontinence supplies. This role is responsible for managing patient communications, coordinating recurring orders, verifying coverage, and delivering compassionate, high-quality service to patients managing chronic medical needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications related to resupply of medical disposables
  • Assist patients with recurring orders, replacement schedules, and product questions
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently within internal order management systems
  • Verify insurance eligibility and coverage for resupply items
  • Educate patients on proper supply usage, replacement frequency, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
  • Resolve patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Coordinate follow-ups to ensure continuity of care and uninterrupted supply delivery

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare customer service, DME, or medical supply resupply
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems and workflows
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tracheostomy, urology, ostomy, or incontinence supplies
  • Familiarity with insurance verification and medical supply coverage guidelines
  • Experience working in a call-based or patient support environment
